The Endorsement: Siracha


Hot sauce makes everything better.  Everything.  From pizza and wings, to potatoes and beans, a dash of hot sauce is sure to please. (I should be a jingle writer).

Although I enjoy the local favorite Hotlanta Hot Sauce, the hot sauce I grab most often is the green-capped, exotic-sounding Siracha.  Siracha adds a depth of flavor other hot sauces can’t match.  It brings plenty of heat too.

The best part, like most hot sauces, Siracha is low in calories and carbs.  It’s an easy way to add punch to most any food without adding more of what you don’t want.  It’s on the table for every meal in my house.  My wife’s okra has never been better…
