Last night I helped my wife prepare a couple of casseroles for a dinner honoring her senior cheerleaders. It was some sort of chicken, sour cream, and cheese lasagna type mexican dish. LOTS of sour cream. And cheese.
As we we’re finishing she remarked, “This dish is sooo unhealthy”. I was aware. Having personally shredded 4 blocks of Monterey jack cheese. Her comment got me thinking.
When deciding on a potluck style dish, do you consider the healthfulness of your choice?
Or when preparing “comfort foods” for the masses does our attention to calories and carbs go the way of a Kardashian marriage? Considered for time, then thought better of.
